Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days, with a receipt, provided the item is in its original, new condition and must be in the original box including all warranty cards and certificates. Special orders and watches are not returnable or exchangeable. Special orders are defined as any non-inventory purchase or any stock item custom made or altered at the customer's request (i.e. sizing, engraving).

Jewelry Guarantee
One year guarantee against any manufacturers' defects.

Layaways
Layaway accounts are set up with an initial deposit of 20%. The maximum layaway term is 6 months and monthly payments are required to maintain the account in good standing. If payments are not maintained, the layaway will be cancelled and item(s) returned to stock. A store credit will be issued, less a re-stocking fee.

Jewelry and Watch Repairs
Repairs are warranted for one year from date of delivery unless otherwise designated. Only the specific repairs performed are covered. Problems resulting from inherent flaws, abusive or excessive wear, customer negligence or accidental damage are not covered. Mountz Jewelers reserves the right to designate some repairs as non-warrantable and will so inform the customer before the work is done. Also Mountz Jewelers reserves the right to determine if a problem is covered by warranty and to choose to corrective course of action.

General Stone Loss Guarantee
Must have a minimum of four prongs.
Prongs must be in good shape, not worn out.
Cannot guarantee loss if "under gallery" is broken or has missing wires.
We do not guarantee the loss nor assume financial responsibility of stones over 1 carat. We suggest having your items appraised and insured with a floater on your homeowners policy. We do offer personal jewelry insurance through an outside insurer if you so need.

Service and Cleaning
Mountz Jewelers offers lifetime free jewelry cleaning and inspection. We recommend that this be done at least twice a year.

Sales and Use Tax
If merchandise is shipped outside of Pennsylvania and sales tax is not charged, the customer may be liable for a state use tax.

Delivery/Shipping
Mountz Jewelers will ship product within the United States. Shipping costs: $25/Standard UPS ground,
$40/ 2nd Day and $50/Overnight.
